00/The Origin
It started with production.
Puzzle Media Production was founded in 2017 in Egypt as a production company. That is still what it is.
Not a marketing agency that also shoots. Not a software house that also runs social. A production company — commercials, branded content, television, and film — that has since built the technology and growth capabilities its own work kept asking for.
The order matters. Everything else here grew outward from a camera, and it shows in how the work is planned.
01/The Founder
One standard, held from the start.
The company was founded and is owned by Mostafa Zaher, and it works out of Cairo.
A company keeps the standard of whoever set it. Ours was set on set — in the difference between footage that is acceptable and footage that is right, and in the habit of not handing that judgement to somebody else.
It is the reason the disciplines were brought in house rather than subcontracted out. If our name is on the delivery, the decisions behind it were ours.

02/Create
Production is the core.
Commercials and branded content, television and film, and advertising campaigns.
Development, treatment, shoot, edit, grade, delivery. The full arc stays inside the company, which means the people who plan a film are the people who finish it.
03 / Build
Technology came from the work.
We engineer high-performance websites, digital platforms, booking systems, and custom software solutions.
It was added because production kept running into it. A campaign needs somewhere to land. A booking system decides whether the film converts. Building that in house means it is designed by people who already know what the campaign is going to ask of it.
04/Grow
Growth decides whether it is seen.
Digital marketing and content, and branding and creative identity.
Producing something well is half of it. The other half is identity that holds together and distribution that keeps a brand present between campaigns instead of only during them.
05/The Footprint
Two markets, one team.
The office is in Cairo. The work runs actively across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
These are two different markets with different audiences, different broadcast conventions, and different expectations of pace. Producing in both has meant learning each properly rather than treating one as an export of the other.
It is the same crew and the same standard in each. What changes is the reading of the audience.
Egypt
Home marketWhere the company was founded in 2017 and where the office sits. Commercials, branded content, television, and film production, alongside digital content and marketing across sectors including the medical sector.
Saudi Arabia
Active marketTelevision production including the programme Ta'alogi for Rotana Khalijia, commercials for major companies and institutions, and websites and booking systems built for tourism companies.
06/The Evidence
What has already been produced.
Verified work, stated plainly and without embellishment.
We have produced visual commercials for major companies and institutions in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi television programme Ta'alogi for Rotana Khalijia.
On the technology and growth side: websites and booking systems for several Saudi tourism companies, digital content management and digital marketing across multiple sectors including the medical sector in both countries, and branding and creative identity work.

07/The Standard
How we hold the work.
Five things we will not trade away, whatever the brief is.
None of these are unusual ambitions. They are written down because the value is in holding them when a schedule gets tight, which is the only time they are ever actually tested.
Cinematic before clever
The frame earns attention first. Technique that draws attention to itself instead of the subject gets cut, however hard it was to achieve.
Built to keep working
A platform is judged a year after launch, not at handover. We engineer for the maintenance window, not the demo.
Plain language
Scopes, schedules, and problems are described in words that mean something. If a brief needs a glossary, it has not been thought through.
One point of contact
Three disciplines, one team, one person to call. Coordinating between suppliers is our job, and it stays our job.
Only what is true
No invented results, no borrowed credentials, no client logos we did not earn. What is stated here is what has been produced.
08/The Focus
One company, in focus.
Production at the centre, technology and growth built around it, and one point of contact for all three.
That is the whole proposition. Bring the entire problem — what has to be filmed, what has to be built, and who it has to reach — and it will be answered by one team that has already had the conversation internally.
Production first. Everything else built around it.
Tell us what has to be filmed, what has to be built, and who it has to reach. One team in Cairo will answer all three.
